just wanted to let you know that you did a super job taking care of Arnie. I was very confident from the start as you took the time to introduce yourself not just to me but to him. Any worries I had about his care and the house were pre-empted by your questions. It was great to get the reassuring messages so I didn’t have to worry if everything was okay and it was lovely to get the photos of him making himself comfortable on your lap ( was he playing with your hoodie ties?). Knowing that that he was safe, cared for and content allowed me to visit my daughter worry-free.
It was also great not to come home to a sink full of cat bowls and furniture in shreds. A big thank you for the extra grooming you did. He looked gorgeous!
I will certainly be asking you to care for him again and am happy to recommend you to others.
